In this interactive activity, participants can test their knowledge on progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and living conditions in the Global South. After answering a short questionnaire and receiving SDG stamps, researchers from the department will present the work we do to understand the obstacles and possibilities to achieving SDGs.
The public would be able to learn from the research project conducted by the Department of Economics. This includes research about poverty and inequality, undernutrition, health economics, education, gender equity, clean energy, sustainable cities, trade, climate action, peace, and institutions.
An interactive board will accompany the activity where participants can confront the challenges of poverty and inequality.
